If you are looking for a small, comfortable and stylish venue to hold your next meeting, training day, workshop, club or group then you need look no further. The Willows High Tea Function room and outdoor Courtyard provide the perfect venue for small functions of up to 25 people.

  • High Tea bookings of any size (2 -24 people) available every Friday and Saturday ($40.00 per person) - no additional room rental cost required;
  • Large High Tea group bookings (at least 15 people) available Sundays to Thursdays ($40 per person) with no additional room rental costs required
  • Bookings available from 9:00am to 5:00pm every Monday to Thursday;
  • Hourly booking rate of $125.00 and $100.00 for the High Tea room and outdoor Courtyard respectively (Note: minimum booking of two hours);
  • Whole day rate of $600.00 (plus GST) and $500.00 (plus GST) for the High Tea room and outdoor Courtyard respectively;
  • Basic rate includes tea, coffee and orange juice for all participants;
  • Self-catering option available;
  • Morning or afternoon tea ($10.00 per person) and/or lunch ($15.00 per person) may be provided upon request;
  • Audiovisual and whiteboard facilities available.

Please note: A deposit of $100 is required to secure your booking and will be forfeited should a cancellation be made with in 48 hours of your event.
